James Haymore
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
James Haymore is the Executive Director at Addington Place of Lee’s Summit, bringing nearly a decade of leadership experience as a licensed administrator. A compassionate leader who strives for excellence, James has dedicated his career to senior living, serving communities in California, Washington, and now Missouri. While he has spent most of his time in skilled nursing, he recently transitioned to assisted living, where he continues to make a meaningful impact.
James earned his Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Brigham Young University-Idaho, equipping him with the knowledge and expertise to lead with both strategic vision and a resident-centered approach. His commitment to excellence ensures that residents receive the highest level of care while fostering a strong and supportive community.
Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife and five children. He is actively involved in his community, participating in sports and service opportunities. His dedication to both his family and his community reflects his passion for creating a welcoming and enriching environment for the residents and team at Addington Place of Lee’s Summit.
